Sunday is a co-op of San Francisco moms.
Sunday was born from the desire to create a community of support, strength, shared experience, and the radical idea that we were not meant to do this alone.
Sunday aims to inspire moms to reclaim their strength and self-confidence through the power of compassionate grit, with a village to cheer you on along the way.
Our Story
In the midst of postpartum, a new neighborhood, and the challenges of 2020, a few local moms gathered to work out together. What began as casual workouts every Sunday with strangers evolved into a movement for moms across San Francisco, creating a space where strength and community thrive.
We're not a fitness class. We're a co-op. Built by members, for members.
Our Philosophy
Sunday is more than a workout. We blend movement, community, and mindset to help moms feel strong and supported through every season of motherhood.
Compassionate grit is our guiding principle: resilience without the pressure of perfection, connection on your own timeline, and the steady knowing that you don't have to do this alone.

Sunday started with a simple idea β let's meet up and move together. What began as a few moms at the park has become a network of neighborhood crews who share workouts, wine, playdates, and the everyday weight of motherhood. None of us are meant to do this alone, and at Sunday, you don't have to.
