    Sunday is a co-op, not a class. That means every member contributes to the community that holds her up: organizing a movement meetup, organizing a support group, cheering at FitFest, or simply showing up for the woman next to her.

    Movement is our gateway. Our flagship Sunday meetup is designed to energize you, connect you with other moms, and kick your week off strong. Throughout the week, member-led captains run additional movement meetups across the city β€” because in a co-op, leadership comes from within.

    From neighborhood movement meetups to our annual FitFest field day, Sunday's events are built to deepen friendships and strengthen our village. Accessible, welcoming, and consistent β€” designed for moms, by moms.
