How Sunday Works
let’s unite!
The village your mother had
The one you've been looking for
Built by moms, for moms, in San Francisco
Are you a San Francisco mom interested in joining our community? We’d love to hear from you.
HOW IT WORKS
Show up
Movement is our gateway. Join our flagship Sunday meetup or any of the weekly workouts led by member captains across the city. No fitness level required — just a willingness to sweat, laugh, and meet your people.
Find your coven
Every Sunday member belongs to a coven — a neighborhood crew of moms who gather, support each other, and build local roots together. Your coven is your village within the village.
CONTRIBUTE BACK
In a co-op, everyone gives something. That might mean leading a meetup, organizing a coven gathering, cheering at FitFest, helping a new mom feel welcome, or simply showing up consistently for the women around you. Sunday runs on the energy its members put in — and that's what makes it real.
Grow stronger together
The longer you're here, the more you'll feel it: stronger in your body, more rooted in your neighborhood, and surrounded by moms who actually show up for you. That's the Sunday promise.
Sunday
is a co-op of San Francisco moms
Come build your village
These might be your people
You'll thrive at Sunday if you:
Are a mom in San Francisco looking for real community, not just another workout
Believe villages are built, not found — and you want to be part of building one
Want to feel stronger in your body and more connected in San Francisco
Are open to showing up, both in person and in our Slack community, in whatever way fits your season. We are an IRL-driven community, and we simply use Slack to stay informed about events/meetups (aka not to be used as yet another online forum!)
A note on capacity:
Motherhood has seasons — newborn fog, big-kid weekend activity chaos, work crunches, hard chapters. We get it. Sunday isn't about doing it all; it's about showing up in the ways you can, when you can. Some weeks that looks like leading a meetup. Some weeks it looks like a supportive emoji in Slack or wearing your Sunday swag or helping clean up the coffee after class. All of it counts.
What we ask is simple: come as a member, not just an attendee. Sunday is sustained by the energy moms put into it, and even small contributions — a hello to a new face, a Slack reply, a coven meetup you organized — keep this village alive for all our moms who need it.
If you're not sure you have capacity yet, come anyway. Most of our members didn't think they did either.
